To add a 3DMark 11 Advanced Edition license to Steam, open the Steam client, click the "+ADD A GAME" button at the bottom of the window, then "ACTIVATE A PRODUCT ON STEAM," and then follow the instructions.
It is not possible to activate Professional Edition licenses on Steam.
