Manage access

You can create and manage user accounts to access the browser-based Testdriver service.

Login required

By default, users must provide a username and password to log in to the browser-based Testdriver service. User authentication can be enabled or disabled from the Admin Tool with the Login Required setting. When enabled, users must authenticate themselves with their password. When disabled, users can access the Testdriver service without limitations.

After enabling or disabling user authentication, open the Service screen and click the Restart button to restart the Testdriver Service.

The password must be a minimum of six characters long (maximum length of 32 characters), must contain at least one digit, one lower case character, one upper case character, and one special character. Testdriver uses SHA256 hashing to store user passwords.
