We're here to help, but before posting, please make sure your OS and video drivers are up to date, that you are using the latest version of the benchmark, and that you have the latest version of SystemInfo installed.

For troubleshooting PC problems, we can help you faster if you include a link to one of your recent benchmark results on 3dmark.com. If a test won't run or fails to finish, please attach the result file from your Documents folder, for example C:\Users\username\Documents\3DMark.
