UL benchmarks usually produce one overall score and a set of sub-scores.
You only get an overall score when you run a benchmark with the default settings.
In our Advanced Edition and Professional Edition benchmarks, you can choose to run a test with custom settings. You will not get an overall score when using custom settings since the test is no longer comparable with the default settings.
You might also get a score of zero if the test failed to complete for some reason. If the problem persists even after several attempts, contact us for assistance. If you are overclocking and the test fails to finish, try resetting your system to the stock clocks to rule out an unstable overclock.
