On the Result screen, there is a VIEW RESULT ONLINE button. If the button doesn't seem to do anything, or you get an error message, please check for the following possible causes.
Is your PC connected to the Internet?
Have you chosen and setup a default browser in Windows?
Are you using antivirus software? We have heard that antivirus software can block the benchmark from opening a browser. In this case, you should contact your security software developer for assistance.
Are you using a web proxy server that requires authentication? 3DMark, VRMark and PCMark use the Windows proxy settings, which are configured in Internet Options. They will not work with a web proxy server that requires authentication.
