The PCMark 10 application version number applies to the software as a whole. It changes often as we add new features and make updates to ensure compatibility with the latest hardware. We recommend using the latest version of PCMark 10.

A benchmark version number—for example, PCMark 10 Applications benchmark v1.1—is specific to a test. Benchmark version numbers change rarely and only when absolutely necessary.

You can check the current application and benchmark version numbers from the Options screen. PCMark 10 will notify you in the app when an update is available.
