When using the UL Procyon Office Productivity benchmark, you currently need to install the Classic version of Outlook. The Microsoft Office installer will skip installing "Outlook (classic)" if "Outlook (new)" is installed on your system. You can install Classic Outlook using the following instructions:  

  1. Open ‘Add or remove programs’ from the start menu or settings application.
    1. Uninstall Outlook (new)
    2. Uninstall Office C2R
  2. Open Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program
    1. Uninstall anything else related to Microsoft Office. Please note you may have more than one installation of Office depending on the installed languages in the system.
    2. Uninstall any other instances of Microsoft Outlook you may find here.
    3. If you are encountering issues with uninstallation, you can use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.
  1. Restart your system.
  2. Get the latest version of the Microsoft Office installer from office.com.
  3. Verify from the start/search menu that "Outlook (classic)" is installed in your system
  4. Run the Procyon Office Productivity Benchmark.


Please ensure that "Try the new Outlook" is not toggled in Outlook (classic)
