We recommend disabling AMD Anti-Lag in the AMD Radeon Software before running the PCI Express feature test, as it can lead to inaccurate test results.
The PCI Express feature test is not representative of a typical gaming workload, and enabling some driver-level features may lead to inaccurate results that do not reflect their impact when gaming.
AMD’s Anti-Lag technology is designed to reduce input latency when gaming and works by managing the CPU workload to better sync it with the GPU. This can have some unforeseen effects on CPU performance in specific non-gaming cases. The PCI Express feature test is designed to fully saturate the PCIe bus, which is highly unlikely to happen in normal gaming situations, especially with the latest PCIe 4.0 graphics cards.
