The Benchmarks screen shows all the benchmarks and feature tests that are available to you under your license.

3DMark grows bigger every year as we add new tests. In 3DMark Advanced Edition and 3DMark Professional Edition, you can choose to install only the tests you need. Benchmarks that you have installed appear in color. Benchmarks that are not installed appear grayed-out. Click on any benchmark or feature test to open the Benchmark details screen.

Recommended

This section shows the recommended benchmark for your PC. Click Run to start the benchmark or click Details for more information and options.

For gaming PCs

This section shows demanding benchmarks that are designed for gaming PCs with fast processors and discrete graphics cards.

For home PCs

This section shows lighter benchmarks that are designed for PCs and notebooks with integrated graphics.

Feature tests

Feature tests are designed to highlight specific techniques, functions or capabilities. Compared with 3DMark benchmarks, which measure general gaming performance, feature tests have a narrower focus that is more artificial in nature.

Filters

You can filter the list of benchmarks and feature tests to help you find the right test for your needs. Click the Modify button in the Benchmark bar to open the filter section.

Click on a filter to activate it. Click again to deactivate it. Active filters are shown in orange. Click on Clear filters to deactivate all currently selected filters. Click on Close to hide the filter section.

The screenshot above shows the Benchmarks screen with the DirectX 12 and Raytracing filters enabled. The Recommended benchmark for your system is always shown regardless of your choice of filters. The Best match section shows benchmarks and feature tests that match your filters.
